This process guarantees a reliable, repeatable, high-quality supply of veneer faces in customer-designed grade range.

The “Endless Log” is the result of collaboration between Heritage Hardwood the Door Manufacturer and the Door Supplier. Together, we establish a pre-approved grade range that identifies the pre-dominant characteristics of a particular species. Once a range has been established the customer-specific grade can be repeated in an efficient, lean and reliable manner resulting in what we call an “Endless Log”.
